As the founder of Kendall Howard, Randy Herreid makes it his mission to instill in others and to exemplify the values our company holds so dearly. Randy has always had the attitude that if there is a better way, we can find it. Putting the customer’s needs first is why he adopted our now well known moto, “The Answer is Yes, What’s the Question.” Once the entire company understands this, its nearly impossible to not exceed the customers’ expectations.

Randy Herreid comes to Kendall Howard from an early career in Prototype Engineering and Manufacturing and a recent career as Corporate Analyst. Marrying these two skill sets together is why he has been able to craft a company culture that is all about finding that better way. Although his main responsibilities are the oversight of this worldwide reaching company, his passion remains in the Custom Product Development division. You will often find Randy leaving the conference room with Sr Staff to jumping into a prototype production project.

Randy grew up in Stillwater Minnesota, attended Stillwater Sr. High School and then the University of Minnesota studying Business and Corporate Journalism. He has been happily married since 2002 to a wonderful public school teacher and lives in the north suburbs of the Twin Cities. A father of 5 beautiful children certainly keeps him on his toes at home. He enjoys bonfires with the family, following the Minnesota Wild, and spending time in flight simulators.

As the Chief Operating Officer, Danny oversees all aspects of Kendall Howard’s manufacturing operations, including productivity and organizational stability. Danny’s professional mission is to champion continuous improvement efforts throughout the entire manufacturing division, reduce input costs, and maintain a stable and diverse supply chain that will allow Kendall Howard to consistently exceed the expectations of their valued clients.  

Danny attended the University of Minnesota and has over 15 years of manufacturing experience across multiple disciplines.

Danny is happily married with three beautiful children. He enjoys reading and playing golf when he isn’t spending time with his family.

Max works as Kendall Howard’s Customs Project Director.  Max is tasked overseeing and managing custom product & project opportunities. Max is always working to give our customers just what they want; if we don’t have it, we will make it for you.

Max started with Kendall Howard 15 plus years ago when he was still attending high school. Max has worked various positions throughout the company in that time.  He hit his stride in the sales department in 2010 and has yet to look back.

In his spare time he loves spending time with his adopted Shepard mix dog, Maisie. Max loves heading to his family’s cabin on summer weekends and during the week he plays in a softball league.
