The Kendall Howard AdvantageAt Kendall Howard, our goal is to provide you with only the highest quality products for your customers. We also work very hard to give you the tools to satisfy your customer needs in a timely and affordable manner. Our purchasing system involves a four tier system linking our online interface directly to our Corporate Offices, Distribution Center, Manufacturing Center, and Customer Service Field Representatives. We offer some of the highest reseller commissions available. We give you what we feel is the correct resale price, then offer you the products for an average of twenty-five percent less. Some percentages are as much as fifty percent. In the end the resale price is up to you, but to stay competitive, we recommend you offer our products at the listed MSRP price. How we begin The first step is to create a login user name and password. IMPORTANT: Your initial login name is the name you will administrate your account with. Although you may create orders from this account, it is best to create individual accounts for each of your sales associates. For larger organizations, it is imperative that an order be tracked by who placed it. You are able to set up as many user accounts within your company as you want. Keep in mind when requesting credit limits, that your credit limit is applied to the entire company, not per user. Step two is to fill out our reseller and credit application. Please note that incomplete credit applications will result in delaying the approval process. All information will be transmitted over a secure SSL connection and your company information will never be shared with anyone outside of Kendall Howard for any reason. Once you have applied for Reseller Status, your application will be reviewed and processed immediately. After the application has been reviewed and approved, your Account Manager will contact you directly to walk you through the purchasing system. I've been approved, now what? The moment your application has been approved we will send you all the appropriate materials to help inform your customers about the Kendall Howard line of products. This will include digital photos and data sheets on our products, links to online catalogs and hard copy data sheets if you are in a retail setting. Each new reseller will also be provided with a startup kit folder which will include everything you need to start placing orders. What about inventory? With Kendall Howard, it is never necessary to stock our products. Our systems allow you to place orders and drop ship directly to your customers, completely eliminating the need for shelf space. If you are a retail store organization, we can work with your procurement teams to automatically stock your shelves with product. Contact your Account Manager to get more details about this service. What are the Billing Terms? When you place an order with Kendall Howard, your total order amount will be given to you at the time of check out less shipping charges. Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping option you selected, shipment weight, and carton sizes. You will be notified by email of the exact shipping charges when your order has been shipped. Why cant you tell me the shipping charge now? Most people do not know that the majority of online sites estimate your shipping adding in a safety amount to ensure they do not loose money on shipping charges. When you order products from Kendall Howard, the system can not accurately know what the shipping charges are because we may pack several items in one box. We always strive to make your packaging as economical and safe as possible. What else will the system do? Every Kendall Howard Reseller is given an online purchasing and tracking system to allow you to make direct orders to our warehouse, track shipments, and manage customer lists used in shipping. Once you ship an order to a customer, your customers shipping information is saved for the next time you place an order for them. At anytime you can enter your account, review orders status, and update customer information. Administrators can check the master account status and track your sales representative's productivity. I am close to my credit limit and I have a big order to place. Our system examines your buying history every time you create a new order, if you meet certain criteria, the system may override your credit limit and allow you to make a purchase, however for the most part, you are not allowed to exceed your limit without prior authorization from your Account Manager. If you think you may go over your limit or you would like to request a credit increase, please call your Account Manager before you place your order. I can't find everything I am looking for, do I have to use your web site? No, you may call us any time to place an order with your Account Manager. Will I get notified if your system changes? Absolutely, all users are notified in advance of any changes or upgrades to the functionality of our site. I still have more questions.
